A North Dakota woman was charged in connection with a stolen vehicle after a traffic stop on East 9th Street Saturday night.
Hopkinsville Police say they stopped a vehicle driven by 44-year-old Heather Vrooman that had been reported stolen.
She claimed a friend had let her use the vehicle to go pick up groceries.
She was taken into custody and charged with operating on a suspended or revoked license and receiving stolen property.
