Warrant Arrest Leads To Drug Charges

A Hopkinsville man who was arrested on active warrants was also charged with possession of drugs on West 2nd Street Monday morning.

Hopkinsville Police say they stopped 38-year-old Bishop Howard due to him having active warrants for contempt of court and three counts of probation violation.

He reportedly admitted to having a syringe and meth on him. Howard was arrested and charged with possession of meth second offense and possession of drug paraphernalia.
