A burn ban has been issued for Todd County.
Todd County Judge Executive Todd Mansfield announced Sunday afternoon that all of the unincorporated areas of Todd County are under the open burn ban until further notice.
During this period, any open outdoor burning is illegal and violators will be subject to fines of up to $500.
