A wreck on North Drive in Hopkinsville sent a man to the hospital Wednesday morning.
Hopkinsville Police say a northbound car collided with the back of a truck while trying to avoid a southbound vehicle that stopped in the road with its door open.
The driver of the truck was taken by Hopkinsville EMS to Jennie Stuart Health for treatment.
The crash happened just before Glass Avenue.
