The Jennie Stuart Health Foundation is set for a major leadership change as Executive Director Tracey Clark prepares to retire.

Her last day will be next Friday. Sarah Francis, a long-standing member of the foundation’s team, will step into the role on August 24, 2025.

Clark, who was instrumental in launching the foundation in 2018, is credited with building its structure and fostering strong community support. During her tenure, she cultivated key donor relationships, led a successful capital campaign, and established a nearly $1 million endowment to support cancer care.

Tracey Carter Williams, Foundation Board Chairman, praised Clark’s leadership, stating, “Both the Foundation and Jennie Stuart Medical Center have been blessed by her leadership.”

Williams expressed confidence in Francis, a Hopkinsville native, calling her “the right person to guide us now and into the future.” Francis, who has been a driving force in program development and donor engagement, shared her enthusiasm for the new role.

“It is an incredible honor to step into this new role and continue serving a community I care so deeply about,” Francis said.

Clark also shared her full support, saying she is confident that under Francis’s leadership, the foundation “will continue to grow and successfully expand its reach.”
