A man was taken to the hospital after being hit by an ice cream van on Roney Drive on Tuesday afternoon.
Hopkinsville Police say a man walked into the road to get the attention of the ice cream van driver, and his toe was run over.
The man was taken to the hospital by Hopkinsville EMS for a foot injury and a medical problem after the crash.
