A Hopkinsville man was charged after a physical altercation between him and his girlfriend Saturday afternoon.
Hopkinsville Police say on Saturday, 27-year-old Christopher Parker choked his girlfriend, then would not let her leave the home to call for law enforcement.
He was arrested on Sunday and charged with first-degree unlawful imprisonment and second-degree strangulation.
