A wreck on East Nashville Street in Pembroke sent an Elkton man to a Tennessee hospital Friday afternoon.
Pembroke Police say a truck driven by Bradley Weaver ran off the road and hit a utility pole, breaking it in half in front of Dollar General.
The crash is believed to have been caused by a medical issue. Weaver was cut from his vehicle by Pembroke firefighters before being taken by Hopkinsville EMS to Tennova Healthcare in Clarksville.
