A Hopkinsville man was arrested on a warrant for failing to comply with the sex offender registry on Clinic Drive in Hopkinsville Wednesday afternoon.
Hopkinsville Police say they arrested 40-year-old Bobby Kyles, who had two warrants for probation violation and failure to comply with the sex offender registration second or more offenses.
During the arrest, he was reportedly found to have meth in his pocket. Kyles was then also charged with possession of meth.
