A man was charged with possession of drugs after he was reportedly found passed out on a bench at the entrance to the Hopkinsville Rail Trails on Tuesday morning.
Hopkinsville Police say they found 43-year-old Kareem Trice passed out and sweating profusely on a bench around 3 am.
After a search of his belongings, meth was reportedly found, and he was arrested and charged with possession of meth.
