The Hopkinsville Fire Department and Hopkinsville Parks and Recreation turned on the waterworks Tuesday afternoon for the final Hoptown Hose Down of the summer.
A fountain of fun flowed at Joe Mumford Park — giving kids a free way to beat the summer heat.
