Gregory Rhoads, 54, of Hopkinsville, passed away on Tuesday, August 5, 2025, at his residence.
A memorial service will be held at a later date. Dogwood Funerals & Cremations of Hopkinsville is assisting with arrangements.
A native of Bristol, PA, he was born August 31, 1970, the son of Barry J. Rhoads and Marlene Ann Rhoads. He was a skilled salesman who loved his time working at the car dealership. On weekends, he enjoyed spending time at the casino. Throughout life, he was an avid sports fan. He enjoyed golf, football, and everything in between. His favorite football team was the Dallas Cowboys, something he shared in common with his sister, Kim. He also enjoyed cooking, although he broke his nose when he was younger and couldn’t smell very well.
He is preceded in death by his mother and step-mother: Marlene Ann Rhoads and Phyllis Rhoads.
He is survived by his father: Barry J. Rhoads of Hopkinsville; his brother: Phillip Rhoads of Kansas; his sisters: Kimberly Rhoads of Hopkinsville and Cynthia (Sean) Doyle of Clarksville, TN; his nieces and nephews: Jacob (Heather), Arlette, Aidan, Abbiegail, and Henry; his great-niece and nephew: Shakyia, and Treyvion.
Memorial contributions are suggested to The American Diabetes Association in honor of Gregory Rhoads.
