Mary Lee Maassen, 90, of Hopkinsville, KY died at 10:00 p.m. Sunday, August 10, 2025 at her residence.
No services will be held at this time. Dogwood Funerals & Cremations of Hopkinsville is assisting with the arrangements.
A native of McDonald, Missouri she was born December 1, 1934 the daughter of the late George W. Cole and Ida Elizabeth Lewis Cole. She retired as a cook from Midsouth Towing.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband: Dosie Maassen.
Survivors include her children: Robin (Diana) Maassen of Neskowin, OR, Cheryl Wadlington of Slaughters, KY, Dixie (James) Combs of Hopkinsville, KY, Ross Maassen of Lafayette, KY, and Kurt (Cathy) Maassen of Evansville, IN; and her grandchildren: Matthew Wadlington, Christi (Chase) Combs, Tara (Jacob) Sprenger, James Wadlington, Amanda Bronson and Tyler Maassen; and her great-grandchildren: Jase Sprenger, Jayden Sprenger, Hayden Almaguier, Zoe Combs, Fiona Combs, Ryleigh Bronson and Landon Bronson.
