A Hopkinsville woman was charged with assault after an altercation on Younglove Street in Hopkinsville Monday morning.
Hopkinsville Police say 36-year-old Starnesha Murphy ran over a man’s foot during some kind of altercation near the intersection of Mechanic Street, then fled the area. She was located on Vine Street and charged with first-degree assault.
An ambulance was called for the man, but he chose to go to the hospital by private vehicle.
