An Oak Grove man was arrested on a warrant from Graves County charging him with rape of a 9-year-old Friday afternoon.
Oak Grove Police say they arrested the 51-year-old man on warrants for incest, first-degree sodomy, two counts of first-degree unlawful transaction with a minor, and two counts of rape.
The warrant claims that over several years, he would have the child drink alcohol and perform sexual acts with him while in Mayfield.
