Logan County Event To Help Family With Adoption Costs

In Kentucky, where more than 9,000 children are currently in out-of-home care, adoption can be a life-changing journey—not just for the children, but for the families who open their hearts to them.

At Southern Sass Hair and Nail Studio in Russellville, scissors and curling irons are set aside for something even more meaningful—a benefit block party to support a couple with hearts set on adoption.

Natalie Payne, the salon’s owner, is rallying her entire community to help her lifelong best friend take that step.
