Paisley Lyn Carneyhan, infant daughter of Trevor & Meghan Littlepage Carneyhan, was born still on Saturday, July 26, 2025, at Centennial Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee.
Paisley Lyn was deeply loved and highly anticipated by her family, who had affectionately nicknamed her “Sweet Pea”.
She is forever in the hearts of her parents, Trevor & Meghan Littlepage Carneyhan of Cadiz; her paternal grandparents, Cliff & Amy Carneyhan of Cadiz; her maternal grandparents, Jennifer & Robert Cobb of North City, IL; paternal great-grandmother, Judy Terrell of Cadiz; maternal great-grandmother, Donna Burns of Madisonville, KY; maternal great-great-grandmother, Jennie Meredith of Madisonville; uncles and aunts: Blake Carneyhan, Megan Haneline (Will), Zoey Littlepage, Trevor Insco, and Rebecca Cobb; and cousins: Krew and Kasten Kurtz and Ella Mae Haneline.
She was preceded in death by paternal great-grandparents, Luther & Carol Carneyhan, and James Terrell; maternal great-grandparents, Cletus Burns and Elvis Ward; and maternal great-great-grandfather, Robert Cobb.
A graveside service at New Hope Cemetery will be private.
Goodwin Funeral Home, 138 Main Street in Cadiz, is in charge of the arrangements.
