As students get ready to return to Christian County Public Schools, a new law is bringing changes inside the classroom—and outside, too.

click to download audioBentzel says middle schools have already been following a similar system, with students keeping phones in lockers. Elementary students rarely carry phones, and if they do, teachers will collect them during the day.
Another change this year—Christian County Schools are launching their own police department.
