An Oak Grove woman was charged after a report of a man who was assaulted on Tuckaway Lane Friday night.
Oak Grove Police say 39-year-old Latoya Reid and the man she had been in an off-and-on relationship with got into a fight, and she hit him in the head with a cane, breaking it.
He reportedly held her down until she dropped the broken piece of the cane.
Reid was arrested and charged with second-degree assault.
