A report of a disturbance on Winner’s Way led to several charges for an Erin, Tennessee, woman Sunday morning.

Oak Grove Police say they were called for 47-year-old Rebecca Weaver, who was trying to fight with casino staff, was highly intoxicated, and tried to take a traffic cone.

When they arrived, they reportedly started talking to the male driver of the vehicle, and, as they were talking with him, Weaver got into the driver’s seat and drove off while being told to stop. Police say they tried to conduct a traffic stop, but she fled until she was boxed in by a second officer.

After a field sobriety test, she was arrested and charged with theft by unlawful taking, second-degree fleeing or evading police, and DUI.
