Carolyn Harris, age 67, of Hopkinsville, passed away on Friday, July 18, 2025, at Princeton Nursing Home of natural causes. Funeral services will be at noon on Wednesday, July 23, 2025, at Maddux-Fuqua-Hinton Funeral Home with burial to follow in Riverside Cemetery. Visitation will be at Maddux-Fuqua-Hinton Funeral Home on Wednesday, July 23, 2025, from 11:00 AM until 12:00 noon. Maddux-Fuqua-Hinton Funeral Home has been entrusted by the family to handle the arrangements.
Mrs. Harris was born in Hopkinsville, KY, on November 16, 1957, the daughter of the late Matthew Clay and Mary Glaskow Cook. Carolyn was a homemaker. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Robert Harris, Jr.; her son, Robert “Bubba” Harris, III; her daughters, Glaura Racca and Rachel Harris; her brothers, Danny, Tony, and Joe; her sisters, Berta, Bertha, and Marie.
Survivors include her daughters, Jennifer Boyd (Wayne) of Hopkinsville, KY, Laura Boyd (Lee) of Hopkinsville, KY, Mary Racca of Hopkinsville, KY, Rebecca Harris of Hopkinsville, KY; five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
