A Hopkinsville man was charged with receiving stolen property after a traffic stop on West 18th Street Sunday afternoon.
Hopkinsville Police say they stopped 41-year-old James Mitchell in a vehicle in the hospital parking lot that had been reported stolen.
Mitchell was arrested and charged with receiving stolen property.
