A man was charged after a pursuit on Fort Campbell Boulevard in Hopkinsville Friday afternoon.
State Police say they attempted to stop a car driven by 26-year-old Hilman Coronado-Zapet around Kentucky Veterans Cemetery West for speeding. The driver fled, running a light at Sivley Road before turning into a car wash.
Coronado-Zapet drove over a curb before police used a precision immobilization technique to disable his vehicle in front of Logan’s Roadhouse.
Coronado-Zapet was arrested and charged with second-degree fleeing or evading police, no operator’s license, DUI, speeding, disregarding a traffic control device, and second-degree criminal mischief.
