A Hopkinsville man was charged after he fled from law enforcement on US 68 in Hopkinsville Sunday morning.
Hopkinsville Police say they were called to the Christian County Animal Shelter for someone who was asked to leave and located 32-year-old Arsenio Oden, who fled on foot while talking with officers before being taken into custody.
He was reportedly found to be under the influence of some kind of substance and in possession of cocaine.
Police say he had sent someone who works there explicit photos in the past.
Oden was arrested and charged with possession of cocaine, public intoxication, third-degree fleeing or evading police, and resisting arrest.
