A Hopkinsville man was charged after he was seen on camera taking law enforcement equipment on East 9th Street on July 3rd.
Hopkinsville Police say an officer dropped handcuffs, sunglasses, and his body camera while chasing someone in the area, and 53-year-old Marvin Moore was seen on camera taking the items.
He was reportedly located a short distance away and also found to have marijuana and suspected meth in his possession.
Moore was arrested and charged with theft of property, possession of meth and synthetic drugs. He also had two warrants for probation violation.
