July 4th serves as a time to celebrate the adoption of the Declaration of Independence.
The Colonel Stephen Trigg Chapter of the Sons of the American Revolution will be honoring this time at the West Cadiz Park.
SAR Member Geoff Baggett said that the ceremony will be a view into the past.
