A traffic stop on Means Avenue in Hopkinsville led to drug charges for a Hopkinsville man Wednesday night.
Hopkinsville Police say they stopped a vehicle driven by 59-year-old Joseph Massie for him having an active warrant for failure to appear and during the stop he was found to have a glass pipe and suspected meth.
Massie was arrested and charged with possession of meth, and failure to maintain required insurance second offense.
