Dimple Flowers Turner, 90, of Hopkinsville, KY died at 11:53 p.m. Monday, June 16, 2025 at Brookdale Senior Living in Clarksville, TN.
Local arrangements will include a visitation Saturday, June 21, 2025 from 4:30 -7:00 p.m. at Southside Church of Christ in Hopkinsville. Hughart, Beard & Giles Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
Funeral services in Byrdstown, TN will be 2:00 p.m. Sunday, June 22, 2025 at Brown Funeral Home with Dr. Bill Taylor officiating. Burial will follow in Flowers Family Cemetery. Visitation will be Sunday from 12:00 p.m. until the funeral hour at Brown Funeral Home.
A native of Byrdstown, TN she was born July 15, 1934 the daughter of the late Claude O. Flowers and Antha Gibson Flowers. She began her teaching career at Sinking Fork and then finished her 45 years of service and retired from Christian County High School. She was instrumental in re-establishing The Dream Factory in Hopkinsville.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son: Ronnie Turner
Survivors include her granddaughters: Jennifer Lee Turner of Hopkinsville, KY, Mary Beth (Daniel Lee) Hayes of Clarksville, TN, and Jessica Lynn Patterson of Clarksville, TN; and her great-grandchildren: Miranda Michelle Fisher, Gavin Charles Fisher, Mason William Bowman, Liam Michael Bowman, Cleo Patterson, Hunter Brook Hayes, and Carsyn Daniel Hayes.
