A Hopkinsville man was charged with not complying with the sex offender registry on North Drive in Hopkinsville Thursday morning.
Hopkinsville Police say they were called in reference to homeless people hanging out around a business and located 56-year-old Terry Cantrell, who had an outstanding warrant for failure to comply with sex offender registration second or more offenses.
He was arrested and is lodged at the Christian County Jail.
