A Hopkinsville man and woman were charged with criminal abuse after a child was found alone roaming the neighborhood early Sunday morning.
Hopkinsville Police say they were called to the area of Fairview Drive twice for a young child who was knocking on the neighbor’s door and roaming the area alone around 2 am.
Police say the child’s home was reportedly filthy, and after the second call of the child out again, the father, 43-year-old Charles Greathouse, and the mother, 38-year-old Tabitha Sisk, were charged with third-degree criminal abuse. Greathouse was also charged with second-degree criminal abuse.
Sisk was cited to court on her charge.
