Law enforcement is investigating after a report of possible sex trafficking in Hopkinsville Saturday afternoon.
Hopkinsville Police say they were called about a woman who had been used in sex trafficking, and after talking with medical staff in the area, several other women have come in with similar injuries.
Police say they are continuing to investigate, and at this time, no arrest has been made, but it is early in the investigation.
