An Ohio man that was wanted in connection to a murder has been taken into custody in Oak Grove Wednesday morning.
Oak Grove Police say they arrested 36-year-old Brandon Peters of Fairborn, Ohio, on Zachery Street on a warrant for being a fugitive from another state after his cell phone was tracked in the area.
According to WHIO Peters was wanted for the shooting death of 32-year-old Cievion Smith who was killed just outside of his apartment in Ohio.
