A wreck on Pembroke Road in Hopkinsville sent a man to a Nashville hospital Wednesday afternoon.
Hopkinsville Police say a car was westbound when it collided with a truck, then hit a utility pole at the intersection of Eagle Way.
The driver of the car was taken by Hopkinsville EMS to Jennie Stuart Health to meet with a helicopter that flew him to Skyline Medical Center in Nashville.
Authorities say the crashes believed to have been caused by a medical issue.
