Louisville Woman Injured In Crash With Law Enforcement

A wreck on South Main Street in Hopkinsville sent two Louisville women to the hospital Tuesday afternoon.

Hopkinsville Police say a truck driven by 37-year-old Tara Vittitoe was crossing South Main Street on East 4th Street and pulled into the path of a Christian County Sheriff’s Deputy’s vehicle driven by 45-year-old Chad Grace.

Vittitoe and her passenger, 18-year-old Madalyn Staub, were taken by Hopkinsville EMS to Jennie Stuart Health for treatment.

Grace’s two passengers, 51-year-old Mark Nichols and 36-year-old Joshua Stallons, complained of pain but were not taken to the hospital by ambulance.
