Fans of Beaver Nuggets will have to wait a while longer before construction can begin on the Oak Grove Buc-ee’s.
During Oak Grove City Council’s meeting Tuesday night, Mayor Jackie Oliver shared an update on the massive convenience store on behalf of Public Works Director Brian Ahart.
After years of back-and-forth between Exit 89 off Interstate 24 in Kentucky and Exit 1 in Tennessee, Buc-ee’s officials confirmed the Oak Grove location in September 2024. The over 50,000 square-foot location will be constructed in the southeast corner of I-24 and Pembroke-Oak Grove Road.
