A Hopkinsville man was charged with wanton endangerment after a report of a disturbance on South Abbey Way in Hopkinsville Tuesday night.
Hopkinsville Police say 50-year-old Eric Dear followed a man into a driveway and pointed a gun at him after Dear claims the man spat on his front door and was trespassing on his property.
The man was reportedly selling pest control. Police say after reviewing video footage of the incident, Dear was arrested and charged with first-degree wanton endangerment.
