A Hopkinsville man was charged with assaulting a man on West 7th Street in Hopkinsville Tuesday morning.
Hopkinsville Police say multiple people, including 20-year-old Seth Brown, assaulted and pushed a man down, causing him to have a broken ankle at the intersection of North Drive.
The altercation was captured on city cameras, leading to Brown being charged with fourth-degree assault and second-degree wanton endangerment.
