Darlene Schewe, age 59, of Cadiz, Kentucky, passed away on Saturday, May 31, 2025, at Linda White Hospice House in Evansville, Indiana.
She was born on May 22, 1966, in Auburn, Indiana, to the late Walter Pritchard and Peggy O’Neill Pritchard.
Darlene was a homemaker and devoted wife to Bryan Schewe, with whom she shared over two decades of memories. Darlene enjoyed going fishing with her husband and loved being a grandma.
She is survived by her husband of 18 years, Bryan Schewe of Cadiz; her children, Kandie Jenkins of Kalamazoo, MI, Mandy Orozco of Bronson, MI, Alex Badish (Sherry) of Hopkinsville, KY, and Zach Schewe of Morenci, MI; her brothers, Doyle Pritchard of Auburn, IN and Ernie Pritchard of Hopkinsville, KY; seven grandchildren and many extended family members.
The family wishes to express a heartfelt thank you to John Oliver and all of Bryan’s co-workers for their support and care.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
Goodwin Funeral Home, 138 Main Street in Cadiz, is in care of the arrangements.
