An Oak Grove man was charged with burglary after he reportedly entered a home and got into a fight with someone inside Friday night.
Oak Grove Police say 24-year-old Jonathan Ortiz went to a home on Potomac Drive with two friends, entered the home, and threw a beer can at a man and physically fought with him before fleeing the area.
Ortiz later turned himself in to law enforcement and was charged with second-degree burglary. The man he was fighting with was checked out by EMS, but did not want to go to the hospital.
