A Hopkinsville man was charged after a report of shots fired on Lafayette Road in Hopkinsville Sunday night.
Hopkinsville Police say Javon Robinson was walking down the road, firing shots into the air.
He was stopped by law enforcement and arrested on charges of second-degree disorderly conduct and alcohol intoxication in a public place.
