A traffic stop on Interstate 24 in Trigg County led to a stolen truck being recovered Monday afternoon.
Trigg County Sheriff Aaron Acree says they received a report from Kentucky State Police of a stolen truck on Interstate 24 and located and stopped it at the 67-mile marker.
The driver, 31-year-old Jean Simon of Florida, was taken into custody and charged with receiving stolen property.
Acree says the truck had been reported stolen in Illinois, adding they are continuing to investigate the theft.
