Christian County Public Schools are preparing to host the 2025 commencement ceremonies at the Stadium of Champions, and are encouraging families to review event details to ensure a smooth and safe experience.
Christian County High School’s graduation will take place at 5 PM Friday at Stadium of Champions, with gates opening at 4 PM.
Hopkinsville High School’s ceremony is scheduled for 8:30 PM, with gates opening at 7:30 PM.
Guests may sit on both the home and visitor sides of the stadium.
For those unable to attend in person, both ceremonies will be livestreamed. Links will be made available on the district’s website and official Facebook pages closer to the event date.
As part of its safety protocols, the district will be utilizing its weapons detection system at all stadium entrances. Several items will not be permitted inside the venue, including:
+ Purses, bags, and backpacks
+ Gift bags
+ Balloons
Additionally, weapons of any kind, alcohol, tobacco, and vape products are strictly prohibited on stadium grounds.
Only graduating seniors will be allowed on the field and track area during the ceremonies. Following each event, families are encouraged to reunite with graduates outside the stadium for photos and celebration.
School officials are expressing appreciation for the community’s cooperation and understanding, emphasizing that safety remains the top priority as they mark this milestone with students and families.
