An Elkton man was charged with DUI second offense after a wreck on East 9th Street at Skyline Drive Sunday afternoon.
Hopkinsville Police say an SUV driven by 62-year-old Alton Overstreet was westbound when he collided with an SUV in front of him that was stopped at a traffic light.
Police say Overstreet showed signs of being under the influence and told EMS and hospital staff he had been drinking.
He was arrested and charged with DUI second offense and driving on a DUI-suspended license.
