A man was injured in a tanker truck crash on Ovil Road in Christian County Sunday afternoon.
Christian County Sheriff’s deputies say a tanker truck driven by 27-year-old Johan Leroux was on Antioch Church Road when a problem with it’s brakes led to the truck crossing over Ovil Road and into a creek.
Leroux jumped from the truck before the crash but suffered a broken leg.
He was taken to the old Lacy Elementary school where he was flown to a Nashville hospital due to his injuries.
The truck was hauling liquid nitrogen, which spilled during the crash.
