There will be no services at this time for Mr. Scott Atwood, 64, of Cadiz.
Goodwin Funeral Home, 138 Main Street in Cadiz, is in care of the arrangements.
He is survived by his beloved wife of 29 years, Polly Snyder of Cadiz; a son, Justin Scott Atwood of Mayflower, Arkansas; grandson, Joel Jackson Atwood; and mother-in-law, Donna Paulette Snyder of Cadiz.

He was born in Anchorage, Alaska on April 16, 1961, to the late Thomas E. and Mary Isabell “Meb” (Beahr) Atwood.
Scott worked in retail management where he began his career working alongside his brother-in-law, Dale Snyder, as owners of DHS Delivery Service in Texas. Later he transferred to Retail Concepts, a Texas based retailer that specializes in sporting goods for cycling, skate, snow, outdoor and water sports, managing Sun & Ski Sports.
After retiring in 2021, he and his wife, Polly, moved back to her home town of Cadiz, Kentucky where in the last years they enjoyed “lake Life” at their home located along the serene waters of Lake Barkley. You would often find Scott cycling the trails in Trigg County, particularly the Land Between the Lakes recreational mountain bike trails or enjoying an afternoon boat ride with his wife Polly.
