
A Hopkinsville man was charged with drug possession after a request to check his welfare on East 9th Street Wednesday morning.
Hopkinsville Police say 27-year-old Dakota Hunter was found in a shirt and boxers with his clothing next to him and claimed he was stuck and couldn’t move his body.
After a search of his belongings, a bag of a white substance believed to be meth was reportedly found. Hunter was arrested and charged with public intoxication and possession of meth.
