Trigg FFA Salutes Community Members During Banquet (w/PHOTOS)

Trigg County FFA officers and members celebrated the past year with a large crowd of community members during the annual banquet Friday at the Trigg County Recreation Complex Convention Center.

2024-25 Chapter President Jennie Watts thanked the community for continued support through the year.

State FFA Purchase Region Vice-President Ty Elrod encouraged younger members to work hard in the FFA and develop their future. He says for younger members that future can be in the FFA.

For older members Elrod said let the FFA continue to be a guide.

The officer team welcomed student teacher Noah Peake, Susan Watts, Kelly Litchfield, and Alan Watts as the newest Honorary Trigg County FFA members, with President Jennie Watts and Secretary Ethan Curling detailing the requirements.

Outstanding FFA Member Awards were presented by Advisors Jody P’Pool and Karen Nolcox, with P’Pool noting the selection process.

Awards were handed out from the recent Murray State University Field Day, proficiency contests, regional FFA Speaking Day, and other contests held through the year.
