Funeral Services for 87-year-old Greta Harralson, of Henderson, formerly of Cadiz, will be 1 PM Friday at Goodwin Funeral Home.
Burial will follow in Mount Pleasant Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 11 AM until the funeral hour.
Survivors include:
Two brothers, Larry Sutton, of Robards, Ronnie Sutton, of Henderson;
Two grandsons, Haydon Harralson and Cole Harralson;
A stepdaughter, Kimberly Payne (Tommy), of Henderson;
A step grandson, Andrew Payne (Tasha);
A step granddaughter, Sarah Qu (Alex);
And two great-grandchildren.
Pastor Jeremy Aliff is officiating.
She died at 7:07 PM, Tuesday, April 29, 2025, at Lucy Smith King Care Center in Henderson.
She was born on March 27, 1938, in Henderson, the daughter of late John Woodrow Sutton and Josephine Fulkerson Sutton.
Retired from civil service with the Department of the United States Army, Greta worked in the legal offices for more than 20 years, including a significant period at the Pentagon.
Greta was a member of Airline Baptist Church in Henderson. She was a former longtime resident of Cadiz where she forged many lasting friendships in the community with the ladies of the Red Hat Society and loved playing bridge with friends. She also found joy in the kitchen, where she was an excellent cook.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William “Bill” Harralson, Sr.; her son, Billy Harralson, Jr.; brother, Bobby Gene Sutton; and sisters-in-law, Sandy Sutton and Karen Sutton.
