A wreck on Pembroke Road in Hopkinsville sent five people to the hospital two with severe injuries Sunday afternoon.
Hopkinsville Police say a tractor-trailer was on Pembroke Road crossing Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Way when it collided with an SUV that was on Dr. Martin Luther King Jr Way.
The driver and passenger of the SUV were taken by Hopkinsville EMS to waiting helicopters and the driver of the tractor-trailer along with two passengers in the SUV were taken by ambulance to Jennie Stuart Health for injuries.
