A woman who has been charged with severely assaulting another woman in Paducah was arrested in Hopkinsville on Tuesday.
Paducah Police say 23-year-old Lauren Weitlauf of Paducah shoved another woman to the ground, causing severe injuries to her shoulder and head outside of a business on Lone Oak Road around 2 pm on April 16th.
After reviewing video footage, police say a warrant was issued for Weitlauf, and she was located by the Christian County Sheriff’s Office on Russellville Road in Hopkinsville.
She is charged with first-degree assault.
